We are Tom and Amy Ifft, owners of Twin Oak Meats. Our retail pork business specializes in high-quality, growth-hormone-free pork products and meat cuts. We started our business in 1999, having found a great demand for these types of pork products.

Our line of quality pork products includes several varieties of breakfast sausage and Italian sausage; smoked and cured ham, bacon and hocks; butterflied, bone-in, and America's cut pork chops, smoked pork chops, ground pork in bulk or patties, bratwursts and bratwurst patties, pork roasts and steaks, and pork spare ribs. In addition, we have a number of specialty pork meats that can help save you time! These are all pre-cooked - just thaw and eat, or thaw, heat and eat! Our line of "Tom's Time Savers" include BBQ ham (shaved, deli-style), BBQ Pork, Smoked Sausage, Pork sticks, Old Fashioned Hot Dogs and Ham for sandwiches.

We have home delivery available within McLean and Livingston counties, with Bloomington-Normal about four or five days a week. All products are kept in a refrigerated truck so that they remain completely frozen for delivery.
